Sports Court Flooring Buying & Sample Guide
Plan your flooring purchase with the product, sample and delivery requirements agreed before you order. This guide is for distributors, importers, court contractors and sports facility buyers sourcing Movevia modular sports flooring.
1. Tell us what you are buying for
Start with the sport, site and purpose of the purchase. You do not need to know the model before contacting us.
| Your purchase | Useful starting information |
|---|---|
| Distribution or wholesale | Your market, product types of interest, expected order quantity and whether you need samples for your team or customers |
| Court construction or refurbishment | The sport, full flooring dimensions, indoor or outdoor setting, existing base, colours and project schedule |
| A school, club or sports facility | How the space will be used, the activities it needs to accommodate, site conditions and any procurement documents required |
For a project quotation, provide the full area to be surfaced, including any surrounds you want supplied. Playing lines alone do not define the flooring quantity. Include a drawing if you have one and mark the units used.

2. Shortlist the model and configuration
Movevia offers PP and TPE interlocking sports tiles. Compare the material, dimensions, surface pattern and available configuration for your application. The product pages contain the current model specifications.
EC305 and EC305CU share one product page, as do STD305 and STD305CU. The CU models have cushioning pads and different thicknesses and weights. Identify the exact configuration in your sample request and quotation.
The standard colour range is blue, green, yellow, red and grey. Use website images to explore a colour scheme, then review physical samples before confirming the order colours.
If you are comparing several models, tell us which differences you need to review. We can help narrow the sample request around your intended use.
3. Request samples for your review
Send your company name, destination country, application, preferred models and colours. Include your approximate purchase quantity and explain what you want the samples to help you decide.
Tell us if you need full tiles to examine the interlocking connections, or standard and cushioned versions to compare their construction. We will confirm the available sample format, colours and quantities.
Sample availability, any sample charges, courier costs and dispatch timing are confirmed for the request before shipment. If you need a custom colour, logo or packaging sample, describe the requirement so its feasibility and preparation can be reviewed.
Use the Contact Form and write “Sample request” in your project details, or email inquiry@moveviasports.com.
4. Check the samples against your requirements
Keep the sample model and colour references with your purchasing notes. Review:
- Model and configuration: confirm the product code and whether cushioning pads are included.
- Appearance: compare the physical colour, surface pattern and finish relevant to your project.
- Connections: inspect how the supplied tiles connect and identify any perimeter finishing requirements.
- Documents: compare the sample with the current specification and list any further technical information your procurement team needs.
A hand sample helps you review the product’s construction and appearance. It does not reproduce a complete installed court or establish a tested performance rating. Share any site-specific or tender requirements before selecting the final flooring.
5. Confirm the quotation and order scope
Before placing a bulk order, check that the written quotation identifies:
- The exact model, configuration, colours and quantity.
- The agreed flooring layout, line markings and any accessories or customisation included.
- Packing, labelling and artwork requirements, where applicable.
- The destination and whether freight is included in the quoted price.
- The agreed payment arrangements, production or dispatch schedule and delivery basis.
- The product documents and warranty information required for the order.
Minimum quantities, pricing and lead times are confirmed for the selected product and order. Give us your required arrival date as well as your purchasing schedule so production and transport can be considered separately.
For imports, confirm the shipping scope, customs clearance responsibilities and any applicable destination charges before accepting the quotation.
6. Keep the approved details with the order
Record the agreed sample references, model, colours, layout and any approved artwork in the order confirmation. Tell us about changes before the order proceeds so any effect on price, preparation or timing can be reviewed.
For repeat purchases, include the previous order reference and identify anything that should remain the same or change. This helps us review the specification and packing requirements for the new order.
